Zimbabwe Securities Regulatory Authority Approves Seven Fintech Companies to Enter Regulatory Sandbox

According to Bitcoin.com, the Securities and Exchange Commission of Zimbabwe (SECZ) has officially approved seven fintech companies to join its regulatory sandbox testing framework. The selected companies cover multiple sectors such as blockchain financing platforms, asset tokenization, synthetic trading, crowdfunding, and security tokenization, including Zimbabwe Entrepreneurship Exchange, Ndarama Standard, Questview Brokers, Crowdaxe Capital, Procode Platforms, Financial Securities Exchange, and Colmin Resources Zimbabwe. The regulatory sandbox will provide a controlled testing environment for the aforementioned companies, allowing them to validate innovative products and business models before officially entering the market. SECZ stated that it will supervise the testing process throughout and reserves the right to issue new regulatory directives at any time; any promotional activities beyond the approved scope will be regarded as misleading statements.
