Currently, Spanish users have confirmed that the app has disappeared from the Google Play Store, but it remains normally visible in Poland, showing that this situation does not cover the entire EU market.

Currently, Spanish users have confirmed that the app has disappeared from the Google Play Store, but it can still be displayed normally in Poland, indicating that this situation does not cover the entire EU market.
Market focus is concentrated on whether Binance complies with the licensing requirements of the EU Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA). Previously, Binance withdrew its MiCA application in Greece and notified some EU users around the end of the transition period that certain services would be restricted, but withdrawal functions remain available.
