The relevant assets cover more than 680 patent families and nearly 1,000 granted patents, spanning fields such as underlying blockchain technology, banking, financial services, insurance, enterprise infrastructure, supply chain verification, and secure cloud operations.
Following this acquisition, Circle stated that it has become a leading holder of blockchain patents in the United States and will further support USDC, Circle Payments Network, Arc, and other on-chain financial products and infrastructure development. Both parties also stated that they will explore more business cooperation opportunities in the future.
