According to official news, Raydium announced the launch of Permissioned Automated Market Maker (AMM) and Permissioned Pools, open to asset issuers that need to meet KYC or regulatory requirements. Issuers can directly access Solana on-chain liquidity infrastructure while retaining participant access control to establish compliant secondary trading markets.
TechFlow News, July 24, according to official announcements, Raydium announced the launch of Permissioned Automated Market Maker (AMM) and Permissioned Pools, open to asset issuers requiring KYC or regulatory compliance. Issuers can directly access Solana on-chain liquidity infrastructure while retaining control over participant access, to establish compliant secondary trading markets.
This solution combines issuer-managed KYC verification, programmatic access restrictions, and immutable smart contract execution, enabling approved wallets to trade transparently on-chain while meeting compliance requirements. Raydium stated that Superstate has become the first service partner to integrate this mechanism, and its tokenized equity platform Opening Bell will leverage Raydium to provide secondary market liquidity support.
