UK Listed Company Smarter Web Company Sells 177.89 BTC to Repay $11.69 Million Debt

TechFlow reports, on July 23, according to an official announcement, UK listed company The Smarter Web Company has repaid Smarter Convert convertible notes two weeks early, paying TOBAM Group approximately $11.6985 million, completing the repayment by selling 177.89 Bitcoins (average price of $65,762).

The company's CEO stated that although previously acknowledging the flexibility of the structure, they currently do not consider it an appropriate capital solution. After the repayment, the company holds 2,700 Bitcoins. The related potential share issuance has been cancelled.
