深潮 TechFlow 消息，7 月 23 日，据官方消息，李飞飞旗下人工智能公司 World Labs 宣布收购美国机器人仿真初创公司 SceniX。

World Labs 表示，机器人技术是空间智能从虚拟世界走向物理世界的重要环节，未来行业突破有望来自空间智能、世界模型、基于学习的仿真以及现实世界学习闭环的结合。

SceniX 专注于高保真机器人仿真，通过构建虚拟环境支持机器人完成操作、移动与交互训练。
