TechFlow news, on July 22, the Shanghai Municipal Administration for Market Regulation, the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, and the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission issued the "Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Standard System Construction Guide (2026-2028)", which stated that by 2028, focusing on key areas such as AI foundational support, key technologies, and industry applications, Shanghai will lead or participate in more than 3 international standards, more than 10 national standards, and more than 20 industry standards, with a participation rate in national standards exceeding 50%; create a batch of standardized technical organizations and standardized application pilot projects, with the implementation rate of key standards reaching above 80%; promote bidirectional empowerment between AI and standardization, improve the digital and intelligent level of standards; and initially build an AI "standard highland" with international influence.
