According to TechFlow, on July 21, Ostium stated that the platform is proceeding to resume trading this week and will issue a notice 24 hours before trading resumes. Currently, audit firms, third-party cybersecurity experts, and the engineering team are conducting final checks.
Regarding the handling of positions after trading resumes, Ostium stated: positions will be valued at the real-time market price when trading resumes; price fluctuations during the trading suspension will not directly trigger liquidation; if positions fall below the liquidation threshold when calculated at real-time prices upon trading resumption, they will be liquidated; open orders will be retained and continued in their original state.
For affected liquidity providers, Ostium stated that the team is formulating a recovery plan, and Ostium Labs plans to collaborate with new and existing partners to provide support using its own balance sheet. Meanwhile, the platform reminds users to only follow information released through Ostium's official channels, beware of DM scams, and do not disclose private keys, seed phrases, or transfer funds.
