TechFlow news, on July 17, according to TechFundingNews, confirmation statements disclosed by the UK Companies House show that a shareholder entity suspected to be NVIDIA's venture capital arm NVentures LLC holds approximately 141,834 shares of digital bank Revolut. Estimated based on the issuance price of this funding round, this stake is valued at approximately $195.9 million.
Previously, neither NVIDIA nor Revolut had publicly disclosed the relevant investment amount or shareholding size. Information from the documents indicates that NVIDIA may be further expanding its footprint in the fintech sector through strategic investments.
