TechFlow news, July 15: According to an official Binance announcement, Binance launched the Expression of Interest (Express Interest Only) mode on the Capital Connect platform on July 15, 2026. This is the industry's first portfolio market connecting professional trading teams with institutional investors. This mode allows trading teams that do not yet hold relevant licenses to display past performance to verified institutional investors. Investors can submit non-binding expressions of interest, and trading teams will receive anonymized demand signal notifications. The Express Interest Only mode does not support actual investment. The listing validity period is six months, extendable by up to three months upon review. Investors must complete KYB verification and reach VIP level 3 or above to access this feature.
