TechFlow news, July 10, according to official announcements, Circle announced that it has received final approval from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) to establish the national trust bank Circle National Trust. The institution will initially provide digital asset custody services for Circle and its affiliates, and may be open to select institutional clients in the future based on demand. This approval signifies that the USDC custody infrastructure will be further integrated into the U.S. federal regulatory framework, and is expected to support USDC reserve management subsequently, enhancing its security, transparency, and compliance.
