TechFlow news, July 10, according to CoinDesk, Grayscale Chief Financial Officer Edward McGee officially left the company on July 2 after seven years of service, due to personal matters, with no disagreements regarding company operations. The company has appointed Kathryn Masci and Daniel Plourde as interim co-CFOs, with Masci also serving as Chief Financial and Accounting Officer and joining the board of directors. Previously, Grayscale Head of Issuance John Hoffman also departed last fall and recently joined tokenized asset platform Ondo Finance. Meanwhile, Grayscale has paused its IPO plan due to unfavorable market conditions, and it may not restart until the fourth quarter at the earliest.
