TechFlow News, July 09: According to official announcements, Mantle announced today that its native cross-chain infrastructure Mantle Super Portal, jointly developed with Bybit, has migrated from LayerZero to Chainlink CCIP. Based on CCIP, Mantle Super Portal will possess stronger cross-chain security, decentralized node infrastructure security guarantees, advanced risk management, and institutional-grade security standards, capable of providing higher-level security guarantees for cross-chain transfers of MNT tokens valued at over $2.5 billion.
Furthermore, as more regulated assets such as tokenized stocks move on-chain, the underlying infrastructure hosting them also needs to meet traditional finance standards. This migration will further consolidate Mantle's position as a "distribution layer connecting traditional finance and on-chain liquidity," and also reflects Mantle and Bybit's continued commitment to developing MNT through further integrations, opportunities, and use cases.
According to reports, during the migration Mantle Super Portal will be temporarily closed, tentatively scheduled from July 9 to 15, 2026 (actual time may be slightly extended); users do not need to take any action, and transfers will automatically resume after the migration is completed.
