TechFlow reports, July 9, according to official announcements, global cross-border payment infrastructure company Nium announced the acquisition of crypto-native non-custodial wallet and card issuance company Cypher. Both parties will combine digital asset and global payment network capabilities to advance the development of fiat-to-on-chain payment services. Meanwhile, Cypher's existing platforms will be gradually shut down, covering consumer applications, enterprise card platforms, and the CYPR ecosystem, and will officially cease services on September 6, 2026.
Cypher stated that users can withdraw account funds and claim rewards for free before the deadline, and the CYPR protocol will also be terminated simultaneously.
