According to TechFlow news, on July 7, global brokerages have begun initiating coverage on Musk's SpaceX (SPCX.O). Currently, a preliminary consensus has formed on Wall Street: Buy the stock. At least six brokerages, including Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, and UBS, have assigned a Buy rating, bullish on its long-term growth prospects, despite lingering concerns about profitability and valuation.
Morgan Stanley analysts said in a report on July 7: "SpaceX can convert energy into intelligence on a large scale and commercialize it through consumer and enterprise solutions in the AI era." Its target price is $300, which currently tops the list among Wall Street investment banks, indicating an 87% upside potential from Monday's closing price of $160.42. The bank's analysts believe SpaceX's stock price could range from as low as $75 in a bear market scenario to as high as $600 in a bull market scenario, with revenue reaching $319 billion by 2030 and $3.3 trillion by 2040.
