TechFlow reports that on July 3, BTSE officially launched BTSE Indonesia through a joint venture with PT Aset Kripto Internasional and has obtained the Digital Financial Assets and Crypto Asset Trading Operator (PAKD) license issued by the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK). BTSE will provide trading infrastructure and liquidity support, while BTSE Indonesia will be responsible for local market operations. The platform (btse.id) now supports Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) deposits and withdrawals and IDR trading pairs, and plans to expand into products such as futures trading in the future based on local regulatory requirements.
BTSE is a global blockchain technology enterprise covering exchanges, payment solutions, and blockchain infrastructure development. This licensing further strengthens its global compliance layout and lays the foundation for expanding into the Southeast Asian market and promoting the localization of digital asset services.
