TechFlow reports, July 3, Exchange Art (@exchgART) officially announced that the platform will cease operations on August 1, 2026. The official statement indicated that although building an on-chain art community on Solana was a valuable experience, impacted by the long-term bear market in the on-chain art market, the company failed to find a sustainable financial operational path and ultimately decided to shut down.
Users must log in to their accounts and export required information before closure; all artworks and funds in the platform's custody contracts will be returned to original holders before closure; since all works have been minted on the Solana chain, artists and collectors do not need to take additional actions, and works can continue to be used on other markets.
