TechFlow News, June 26: Grant Cardone, CEO of U.S. real estate investment firm Cardone Capital, tweeted that he has long advocated combining Bitcoin with physical assets—specifically, consistently dollar-cost averaging into Bitcoin using cash flow generated by real estate assets, and increasing Bitcoin holdings during price downturns. Meanwhile, his team is focused on enhancing cash flow from real estate projects to strengthen overall portfolio allocation capabilities.
Cardone stated that Cardone Capital’s Bitcoin hybrid strategy was inspired by Bitcoin reserve companies, but its core distinction lies in simultaneously allocating to physical assets and generating real cash flow. He added that Cardone Capital has become one of the world’s largest real estate–Bitcoin hybrid allocation firms, with no institutional investors interfering with its value proposition.
