TechFlow News: On June 25, blockchain analyst Yu Jin (@EmberCN) reported that an ancient whale—dormant for six years—has recently reactivated, selling 12,586 ETH over two days for 20.59 million USDS at an average price of approximately $1,636 per ETH. The earliest activity on this address dates back to May 2017, when it participated in the BAT ICO with 17,789 ETH (valued at roughly $4.12 million at the time), receiving an allocation of 113.8 million BAT tokens. Over the subsequent two-and-a-half years, the address sold its BAT holdings incrementally at an average price of $0.245 per token, generating cumulative profits of approximately $23.77 million; part of these proceeds was converted back into ETH and held to date. As of now, the address still holds approximately 15,000 ETH, valued at around $24.29 million.
