TechFlow News, June 18: Renaiss, a liquidity infrastructure for real-world collectibles, announced the completion of a $1.5 million seed funding round. The round was led by YZi Labs, with participation from Gate Ventures, Hash Global, XIN Family, and Redline Labs. Angel investors include Mask Network, Far East Group, Logoman, Hoopi, and Legit App.
Built on BNB Chain, Renaiss aims to connect third-party vaults, card shops, and custodial nodes via its Renaiss Vault OS. Its application layer—Renaiss.XYZ—serves as the user-facing interface to the on-chain collectibles market, delivering verifiable custody, standardized settlement, and on-chain liquidity for physical collectibles. This eliminates friction in verification, custody, pricing, and cross-border transactions, enabling custody-verified collectibles to transfer ownership on-chain and circulate globally in a trustless, permissionless manner.
Proceeds from this round will be used to expand the vault network, enhance product development and integration with the Renaiss SDK ecosystem, broaden the range of supported collectible categories, accelerate global market expansion, and support infrastructure development for DeFi integration and AI Agents.
Notably, Renaiss has been selected for the third cohort of YZi Labs’ EASY Residency incubation program and was named a winning project at the 2025 Binance Blockchain Week Dubai Demo Night. It also ranks first among RWA projects on BNB Chain. Since its beta launch in November 2025, the Renaiss platform has generated over $20 million in transaction volume and attracted more than 260,000 users.
