TechFlow News, June 17: EarnOS, a digital advertising startup, announced today the completion of a $6 million Pre-A round, led by 1kx, with participation from Coinbase Ventures, Circle Ventures, and Social Graph Ventures. Concurrently, its application “ero” has exited the testing phase and is now officially launching in the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.
According to the company, ero aims to help brands verify authentic user traffic, reduce ad waste caused by bots and AI-generated content, and reward “genuine digital behavior.” EarnOS also stated it has secured a four-year, $12.5 million non-dilutive strategic investment from Verona (formerly XION) to support the global rollout of ero’s verification, user onboarding, and reward distribution operations.
