TechFlow News, June 15: According to Bloomberg, Nuvei has agreed to acquire Payoneer Global Inc. for approximately $2.75 billion. Per a joint statement released by both parties on Monday, Payoneer shareholders will receive a cash offer of $7.40 per share—a 10% premium over its previous closing price of $6.75. Upon completion of the deal, the two North American payment companies will integrate, and the combined entity’s annual payment processing volume will exceed $500 billion.
