TechFlow News, June 15: According to Bloomberg, Salesforce has agreed to acquire Fin—a company developing AI-powered customer agents—for approximately $3.6 billion to advance its enterprise AI business strategy. Fin’s flagship product, the AI Agent, handles customer inquiries via chat, email, WhatsApp, SMS, phone calls, and Slack. Salesforce stated that Fin’s offerings will complement its existing AI agent tool, Agentforce. The transaction is expected to close in Salesforce’s fiscal 2027 fourth quarter.
