TechFlow reports that on June 15, according to official announcements, Tether’s local AI development platform QVAC released SDK version 0.13.0, adding native integration with OpenCode and coding agents, enhancing compatibility with the OpenAI API, and enabling one-click packaging of desktop applications for macOS, Windows, and Linux via Electron plugins.
Regarding models, the update introduces pi0.5, local image-to-video conversion based on Wan2.1, and brain-computer interface (BCI) speech-to-text transcription support powered by Whisper.cpp. Additional improvements include Whisper GPU-based transcription on Android, optimized streaming detection for Parakeet on mobile devices, and fully GPU-accelerated streaming operation for Supertonic TTS.
