TechFlow News, June 12: U.S. software giant Adobe reported its fiscal year 2026 second-quarter results, with revenue of $6.62 billion, up 13% year-on-year and up 11% on a constant-currency basis; diluted earnings per share (EPS) were $4.25, and adjusted EPS were $5.96. Annual recurring revenue (ARR) at quarter-end totaled $27.1 billion, including approximately $480 million from Semrush. For the same period, GAAP operating income was $2.24 billion, and non-GAAP operating income was $2.95 billion; GAAP net income was $1.71 billion, non-GAAP net income was $2.4 billion, and cash flow from operating activities was $2.17 billion.
Adobe CEO Shantanu Narayen stated that the record-breaking quarterly revenue reflects strong customer demand for Adobe’s AI-powered products.
