TechFlow News, June 12: According to CNN, on June 11 (Eastern Time), Trump claimed today that the U.S. has “ended” its war with Iran, following his earlier announcement that both sides had agreed to a “very strong memorandum of understanding” to halt hostilities. Speaking at a teleconference rally supporting Georgia Lieutenant Governor Burt Jones’ gubernatorial campaign, Trump said: “I don’t know if you’ve heard, but today we ended the war with Iran. They have agreed never to acquire nuclear weapons—that’s our firm position and the entire objective, accounting for 95% of the agreement.”
Trump made these remarks shortly after canceling further U.S. strikes against Iran earlier today. He hinted at an agreement on the Truth Social platform but did not disclose its terms. Iran has not confirmed reaching any agreement. (Jinshi)
