TechFlow News, June 11: According to an official announcement, Arc Privacy—its confidential smart contract engine—will be offered as an optional solution enabling private transactions and confidential smart contracts. This empowers enterprises and developers to handle sensitive on-chain processes—including payroll distribution, treasury management, trading, and asset issuance—on public blockchains, while retaining controlled access for authorized parties.
Arc states that this solution is compatible with auditing, compliance, and governance requirements, and supports building composable private applications within the familiar EVM environment. Targeted on-chain financial use cases include payroll management, financial operations, tokenized asset management, trading workflows, and lending. The article notes, however, that these features remain in the proposed design phase, and their scope, functionality, and launch timeline are subject to change.
