TechFlow News, June 2nd: According to GlobeNewswire, WTW, a global leader in insurance and risk management, announced the acquisition of Redefind, a digital asset insurance platform, to strengthen its digital asset protection services.
As disclosed, Redefind provides an end-to-end platform for cryptocurrency and digital asset insurance access. WTW plans to initially launch a non-custodial loss recovery insurance solution in the UK, covering related expenses such as forensic investigations, asset tracing, and legal recovery following theft or loss of digital assets.
Following the completion of the transaction, Redefind’s founders Richard Daws and Connor Edward have joined WTW. WTW stated that it will further expand related products and market reach.
