X Layer and xStocks Announce Strategic Partnership; OKX Wallet to Integrate Tokenized Stock Assets

TechFlow News: On June 2, official sources announced that X Layer has entered a strategic partnership with xStocks, a regulated tokenized stock issuance platform. The two parties will jointly facilitate the integration of tokenized equity assets into the X Layer ecosystem and make related trading services available to OKX Wallet users. In the future, users will be able to trade xStocks-related assets 24/7 within OKX Wallet and benefit from settlement, liquidity, and distribution capabilities provided by X Layer. Additionally, the partners will introduce an accelerated listing mechanism to expedite the tokenization and trading circulation of popular equities and thematic ETFs—within a compliant regulatory framework.

It is reported that X Layer is actively building on-chain infrastructure for financial assets, covering critical areas including settlement, liquidity, and distribution. To date, xStocks has facilitated over $31 billion in cumulative tokenized stock trading volume and has become the first major issuer to commit to delivering deep asset liquidity on X Layer and scaling the tokenized equity market.
