TechFlow News, June 01: Reality, Bitget’s compliant RWA issuance platform, announced a partnership with Alpaca, a U.S.-registered broker-dealer and self-clearing firm. Under the agreement, Alpaca will provide brokerage infrastructure support to Reality, enabling it to access tokenized U.S. equities and ETFs within a regulated market framework—including critical functions such as clearing, custody, and trade execution.
Founded in 2015, Alpaca is a developer-first brokerage infrastructure company. Its subsidiary, Alpaca Clearing, is a FINRA-registered broker-dealer and a member of the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC), specializing in custody and clearing of underlying assets. Through this collaboration, Reality will further strengthen its foundational infrastructure capabilities for tokenized U.S. equities and ETFs, offering eligible global users a more standardized and transparent access pathway.
Gracy Chen, CEO of Bitget, stated that Reality is a pivotal component of Bitget UEX’s holistic exchange strategy, aiming to connect traditional financial assets with on-chain infrastructure in a pragmatic manner. Yoshi Yokokawa, Co-Founder and CEO of Alpaca, added that Alpaca is delighted to partner with Reality to jointly advance tokenized stock infrastructure and further enhance global financial service accessibility.
