TechFlow News, May 30: Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart stated that Grayscale has submitted the fifth amended S-1 filing for the Grayscale Hyperliquid Staking ETF to U.S. regulators.
The filing indicates that the ETF intends to use the ticker symbol HYPG; however, key details—including its management fee—remain undisclosed. Notably, the filing retains provisions related to a seed investment of approximately 2 million HYPE tokens, valued at roughly $130 million at current market prices.
As the filing continues to be updated, market participants are closely monitoring the regulatory approval progress for Grayscale’s Hyperliquid-related ETF products.
