TechFlow News, May 27: Alpha Compute, a Nasdaq-listed company, announced the completion of its majority acquisition of GAMEE, a gaming and digital rewards platform. All regulatory and closing conditions for the transaction have been satisfied. In this transaction, Alpha Compute acquired a 60% controlling stake in GAMEE for approximately $11 million, implying an enterprise valuation of roughly $18 million; the counterparty was Animoca Brands. Following this transaction, Alpha Compute will establish a new AI gaming division named Alpha Games.
