TechFlow news: According to Qichacha data released on April 28, the registered capital of Hangzhou DeepSeek Artificial Intelligence Fundamental Technology Research Co., Ltd. (“DeepSeek”) increased from RMB 10 million to RMB 15 million. Liang Wenfeng’s subscribed capital contribution rose from RMB 100,000 to RMB 5.1 million, raising his equity stake from 1% to 34%.
Earlier media reports indicated that DeepSeek may be launching its first external fundraising round, with Tencent Holdings and Alibaba Group potentially participating as investors.
