TechFlow News, April 27: According to CCTV, Iranian sources reported that Iran has conveyed a three-phase negotiation proposal to the U.S. via intermediaries. The first phase focuses on achieving a complete end to the war and obtaining guarantees against renewed hostilities against Iran and Lebanon. If an agreement is reached in the first phase, all parties will proceed to the second phase, which will specifically address the management of the Strait of Hormuz. The third phase concerns nuclear issues; however, Iran insists it will not engage in nuclear negotiations until agreements have been reached in the first two phases.
