TechFlow News, April 26: In response to the shooting incident at the White House Correspondents’ Association dinner, a journalist asked Trump, “Why do such incidents keep happening to you?”
Trump replied, “I’ve studied assassination attempts: those who are most influential, who accomplish the most, and who generate the greatest impact become targets. They don’t target people who do nothing.
Look at those individuals—whether the attempts were unsuccessful or successful—they’re all highly influential. Look at their names—they’re all major figures. I’m reluctant to say this, but, for me, it’s an honor.”
