TechFlow News: On April 12, Trump stated: “Alright, here’s the situation—the U.S.-Iran talks have gone well, and consensus has been reached on most issues. However, the sole truly critical issue—the nuclear issue—remains unresolved.”
Effective immediately, the U.S. Navy—the world’s most powerful navy—will begin enforcing a blockade on all vessels attempting to enter or exit the Strait of Hormuz.
I have also directed the U.S. Navy to locate and intercept, in international waters, every vessel that has paid Iran a so-called ‘transit fee.’ Anyone who has paid such an illegal transit fee will not be granted safe passage on the high seas.
We will also begin destroying Iranian naval mines laid within the Strait. Any Iranian who dares fire upon our forces or peaceful vessels will be blown straight to hell!
Iran knows better than anyone how to end this war—which has already devastated their country. Their navy is gone, their air force is gone, their air defense and radar systems are inoperable, Khamenei and most of their leadership are dead—all because of their ambition to acquire nuclear weapons.
The blockade is about to commence, and other countries will join in. Iran must not be allowed to profit from this illegal extortion. They want money—and, more importantly, they want nuclear weapons.
