TechFlow News: On March 31, according to CoinDesk, Jack Dorsey’s payment company Square announced on Monday that it has begun automatically enabling Bitcoin payments for millions of eligible U.S. small businesses—no additional setup required from merchants. Transactions are automatically converted to U.S. dollars at checkout by default, shielding merchants from Bitcoin price volatility and eliminating the need to modify custody or accounting processes. Furthermore, no processing fees will be charged for this feature through 2026.
