TechFlow News, March 30: According to The Wall Street Journal, Mohammad Reza Aref, Iran’s First Vice President, stated that any party wishing to negotiate over the Strait of Hormuz must pledge not to invade Iran and recognize Iran’s international rights. Aref’s remarks echo previous statements by Donald Trump, who claimed Iran’s adversaries are “begging us” to negotiate over this critical waterway. According to Iran’s state-run Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB), Aref said: “They must utter this golden phrase: ‘We will no longer invade Iran and will recognize all of Iran’s international rights.’” He added: “We shall wait and see!” (Jinshi Data)
