TechFlow News, March 25: According to Caixin Global, Apple is reportedly testing a standalone Siri voice assistant app, as well as a new “Ask Siri” feature designed to operate across its various software platforms—part of its broader, major AI upgrade. Sources familiar with the matter revealed that Apple is also modernizing Siri, giving it a refreshed interface and a chatbot-like experience. These individuals, who declined to be named due to the non-public nature of the plans, stated that the new Siri is slated for launch on June 8 at Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC), as part of the iOS 27 and macOS 27 operating systems.
