TechFlow News, March 17: According to Chainwire, cryptocurrency market maker GSR announced the completion of its acquisition of Autonomous—a digital asset operations firm—and Architech—a firm specializing in fungible token issuance and customized liquidity strategy consulting—for $57 million. The acquisition aims to provide tokenized projects with integrated capital markets and treasury management services—from inception through to scale.
Following the acquisition, Autonomous will retain its existing brand under the GSR Group and continue delivering launch operations, operational support, and financial infrastructure services to tokenized projects. Architech will become the core of GSR’s Digital Asset Advisory business, working in synergy with GSR’s existing institutional trading, liquidity, and asset management capabilities.
