TechFlow News: On March 13, according to JIN10 Data, AI agents such as OpenClaw have sparked a surge of enthusiasm domestically this year. As AI applications become increasingly widespread, demand for computing power has surged exponentially. To meet the AI computing needs of more small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and startups, Shanghai Telecom has launched a computing-power incentive program to further lower the barriers to AI adoption. From now until December 31, enterprise customers in Shanghai can get early access to OpenClaw intelligent services pre-installed on Tianyi AI Cloud PCs—requiring zero configuration for immediate, out-of-the-box use. Additionally, by June 30, Shanghai Telecom will offer enterprise customers a complimentary 100 GPU-hours allocation of dedicated computing power. (Shanghai Securities Journal)
