TechFlow News: On March 10, the Qixia District of Nanjing issued the “Several Measures to Support the Integrated Development of OpenClaw and Other Open-Source AI Agent Tools with OPC.” The measures state that, leveraging the Qizhi OPC Cloud Platform, deployment services for OpenClaw and other tools—as well as accompanying development toolkits—will be provided free of charge to developers. These toolkits integrate mainstream AI development frameworks and open-source code repositories to enable rapid access to production resources. Developers joining the OPC Community will receive allocated amounts of free computing power and subsidies for API call fees from leading domestic large language models. Additionally, “elastic computing power” can be rented by the hour or by the day, lowering technical costs during early-stage development.
Moreover, the “Zijin Xingchen” OPC Community, located in the Zijinshan Science & Technology City of Nanjing’s Jiangning Development Zone, has launched the specialized “Six Lobster Policies,” offering a full-chain startup support system tailored for OpenClaw developers and OPC enterprises across six dimensions: computing power, physical space, capital, talent, application scenarios, and services.
