TechFlow News: On March 6, the cryptocurrency exchange Bybit officially opened its “AI vs. Human: 1-on-1 Trading Challenge” to retail users, offering them a direct competitive opportunity against cutting-edge AI models. This three-week event runs from today through March 27. Participants will be randomly matched with over 30 AI models provided by Bybit or partner institutions—including top-tier models such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, DeepSeek, Qwen, and Kimi—with a total prize pool of up to $360,000 USDT.
The event offers flexible session durations: users may choose trading sessions lasting 1, 2, or 4 hours. Winning a match awards double points; losing yields standard points. Higher trading volume generates more points.
Bybit provides two prize pools:
(1) Daily Leaderboard: The top 1,000 users with the highest daily points share a daily prize pool of $73,500 USDT, with the top performer earning up to $3,500 USDT.
(2) Overall Points Leaderboard: The top 5,000 users with the highest cumulative points at the end of the event share a grand prize pool of $288,888 USDT—of which the champion receives $88,888 USDT.
Notably, six professional teams are also participating in this competition, including Amazon Web Services, Alibaba Cloud, AI Agent trading firm NOFA.ai, and investment firms AYC Fund, ALPHAGATE, and QuantumEdge. The retail version of the event features pre-selected world-class AI opponents. Users can click on an AI team to view each AI’s real-time return performance—and bypass complex API integration entirely, enabling users to compete against AI with minimal technical barriers.
