TechFlow reports that, according to an official announcement from MANTRA, the OM token upgrade—including a ticker symbol change and a 1:4 token split—will be completed on March 3. Users who hold OM tokens on the MANTRA Chain or on supported exchanges do not need to take any action; the system will automatically update the token ticker and multiply their token balance by four.
The official notice specifically warns that users who still hold OM tokens on the Cosmos blockchain (e.g., on Stargaze, Osmosis, etc.) risk missing out on the 1:4 revaluation. These users must immediately transfer their OM tokens to the MANTRA Chain via the IBC cross-chain bridge.
