TechFlow News, February 25: According to PRNewswire, ETHZilla—a Nasdaq-listed company managing an Ethereum treasury—announced its official rebranding as Forum Markets. Subject to Nasdaq approval, the company plans to begin trading under the new ticker symbol “FRMM” on March 2. Its CUSIP number will remain unchanged, and shareholders are not required to take any action regarding this transition. Following the rebranding, the company will strategically upgrade its operations to build a digital asset platform focused on institutional-grade real-world asset (RWA) tokenization, bridging traditional capital markets with blockchain-based financial infrastructure. The platform will concentrate on aggregating and tokenizing high-quality assets generating stable cash flows. Its business model includes income from asset holdings, product issuance fees, asset management fees, and potential secondary-market trading revenue.
