TechFlow News: On January 23, Coinbase Institutional posted on X stating that, according to a recent survey of nearly 150 investors, consensus is growing regarding the maturity of the economic cycle. Specifically, 26% of institutional investors and 21% of non-institutional investors believe the market remains in a bear market—marking a sharp increase from 2% and 7%, respectively, in the September survey last year. It remains to be seen whether the market is now entering the final stage of price discovery, after which the next accumulation phase may begin.
