TechFlow News: On January 23, on-chain investigator ZachXBT revealed that a hacker operating under the alias “John” (Lick) publicly displayed approximately $23 million worth of cryptocurrency assets during an online feud with another hacker, Dritan Kapplani Jr. These funds have been traced to multiple wallet addresses, including a Tron address (TMrWCLMS3ibDbKLcnNYhLggohRuLUSoHJg) and an Ethereum address (0xd8bc7ea538c2e9f178a18cc148892ae914a55d08).
According to ZachXBT’s investigation, these funds may be linked to a theft targeting the U.S. government in 2024 involving over $90 million, as well as several unconfirmed victim cases occurring between November and December 2025.
