TechFlow reported on January 14 that, according to Fortune, stablecoin service provider Meld has raised $7 million in funding led by Lightspeed Faction, with participation from F-Prime, Yolo Investments, and Scytale Digital, bringing its total funding to $15 million.
Meld founder and CEO Pankaj Bengani said the current blockchain and stablecoin markets are highly fragmented, and the company aims to become a one-stop platform for businesses and individuals to access and convert digital assets globally. Launched in 2024, the Meld network has partnered with over 50 providers worldwide, covering more than 180 countries and 150 fiat currencies.
