TechFlow news, on December 23, Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin responded on a social platform regarding the contract size limit issue, stating that the current limitation is primarily to prevent DoS attacks. However, with the implementation of EIP-7864 proposal, Ethereum may achieve "unlimited-size contracts." This proposal improves state management by introducing a unified binary tree, but challenges remain in addressing the gas mechanism for deploying extremely large contracts. Regarding the "stack depth" limit, Vitalik believes it should be resolved at the level of high-level programming languages.
