TechFlow, Dec 18 — According to Financefeeds, UK fintech firm Zepz—owner of international remittance platforms WorldRemit and Sendwave—has announced a partnership with enterprise digital asset platform Fireblocks to launch stablecoin-based remittance services in emerging markets.
Zepz serves over 9 million users across 130 countries, while Fireblocks processes more than $4 trillion in digital asset transfers annually. This collaboration aims to deliver near real-time, low-cost cross-border payment solutions, addressing the long settlement times and high fees associated with traditional correspondent banking channels.
